The Circle Studio in spring

While we usually are having are semiannual open house in March for NH Maple Weekend, due to the pandemic the state wide event has been cancelled. So I'll be doing a virtual studio tour this month to invite you into my creative space where you can learn more about me, my inspirations and creations. Check back often on this page as I'll be adding pictures and video.

Wondering why trees are such a favorite topic of mine? My husband and I feel a deep connection to the land we live on: from my flower gardens, my husband's vegetable garden, our honey bee's that enjoy both, our chickens and our sugarhouse, Willow Creek Sugarhouse. We literally move with the seasons. And all of this moves through me and my art.

"If you see steam, we're makin' syrup."

There she is, built by hand by my husband, our gorgeous little sugar shack putting out some sweet steam while the sap boils away inside. How could I not be inspired by our red maples and the sweet syrup they provide? Stay tuned for more of our story this month and how to pick up some or your own sweet springtime in a bottle.......
